pingi: nmap GUI for ping scanning a bunch of hosts

Pingi is a „indicator board“ type of GUI for the network tool Nmap. Basically it displays the output of a ping scan in a nice color-coded form. It requires TCL and the tooltip and tdom packages. And nmap of course.
